Because Diabetes Prevention takes effort day after day, week after week, month after month…some approaches just won't cut it for you, like:

  • one time online meetings
  • or one time Skype calls

That's why all of the women I coach must agree to at least a 4-month commitment -- no exceptions.

That's 4 months to greatly improve your numbers and possibly even reverse your Prediabetes and Insulin Resistance (reversal is totally doable by the way!).

But don't worry. I’m not like those coaches on Biggest Loser.

I’m not an army general or anything, and I don’t have a whip.

My approach is very gentle, kind and compassionate...and I meet my clients where they’re at.

I'm very aware that you’re a human with tons of stuff in your life.

I also know that the way to fix weight issues or blood sugar issues is to look at everything...

  • food
  • sleep
  • stress
  • exercise

...and from that, come up with personal solutions 100% tailored to fit you and your life.

I know making change takes time, effort, a HUGE learning curve. That's why I’m very patient with my clients.

That’s not to say I don’t hold my clients accountable, because I do. And for good reason.

  • Keeping you accountable and on track (if you fall off the wagon, which is normal, I’ll pick you up, dust you off and help you get turned back in the right direction)
  • Coming up with solutions that will work for you...no matter what other health baggage you bring to the table (that's a really important part of my job)

Your Job

Here's how you will commit to helping you:

  • Making the commitment of 4 months (it'll go by in a flash)
  • Showing up for weekly 30-minute Skype calls
  • Doing your best to participate
  • Keeping an open mind and being willing to learn and try new things (no wonky stuff...just practical and doable changes)

But be warned.

There's only so much of me to go around. I only work with a few women like this one-on-one at any time.

And my roster is pretty full with only a few openings at any time so...

...if you think one-on-one coaching could possibly be a good fit for you, the sooner you can let me know the better.

Now, I do these complimentary calls to make sure we're a good fit...

...but I also do the calls because I want you to get some help NOW, regardless of whether we work together (which means you’ll go away from the call with real stuff you can apply right now).

Once we've had our 30-minute complimentary call, if I think your goals sound like a good fit with my coaching program, then here's what will happen next:
