Diabetes has many risk factors… Obesity, Gestational Diabetes, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, High Blood Pressure, Abnormal Blood Fats, Age, Family History and Race. But what about Smoking? Does smoking increase your risk for Type 2 Diabetes?

What About Vaping?

Vaping is NOT a solution rather than smoking. 

Everyday new studies and reports are coming out about the terrible health affects caused by vaping...including people dying, having to get lung transplants and getting permanent lung damage!

No vaping products have been approved by the FDA for use or authorized for marketing by the FDA. 

You are risking your health and the health of others around you by vaping.

If you want help quitting smoking talk to your doctor.

Do NOT try to rely on gimmicks, stop smoking internet courses and Facebook Groups. You healthy is WAY too important to leave this to chance.

Nicotine patches, gums or lozenges, inhalers or nasal sprays have all been PROVEN to work to help people quit smoking.
