What's the Worst Kind of Refined Sugar?

The worst kind of refined sugar is High Fructose Corn Syrup!

High fructose corn syrup is made from GMO corn.

This corn is NOT the same kind of corn you would eat from a cob at your county fair.

How is High Fructose Corn Syrup made? (read on...it's gross)

1. First GMO corn is made into corn starch.

2. Then the corn starch is processed to becomes corn syrup.

3. Chemicals and enzymes are then used to permanently change the corn syrup so it tastes sweeter.

This all sounds very gross, disgusting and super unnatural!

Do yourself a favor and decide right now, today, to NEVER eat high fructose corn syrup again.

High fructose corn syrup is also called HFCS, glucose-fructose, isoglucose and glucose-fructose syrup.

Are Artificial Sugars Better?

Some women ditch refined sugar and switch to artificial sugars.

But are artificial sugars better?

No! Artificial sugars trick your body into thinking you just ate sugar…then you crave carbs like crazy!
