Here’s What You Can And Can’t Eat

  • High Fructose Corn Syrup? NONE!!!! Ever!!!  Yuk, yuk, yuk!
  • Fake Sugars? NONE!!!! Ever!!!  Yuk, yuk, yuk!
  • Refined White Table Sugar? AVOID, WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT!
  • Organic Coconut Sugar, REAL maple syrup or RAW Honey, 2 teaspoons per day = maximum (this allows you to have a healthy muffin or a healthy small cookie)

And that’s it!

If you make all your own food you can easily control the sugar.

But even die-hard cook-at-home women have to step out of the kitchen and sooner or later eat something they have not prepared themselves.
