So Why Are We Doing This?

Often times we're our own worst enemy when it comes to getting healthy again.

AND we unfortunately spend a lot of time doing stuff that will HURT our health and not much time on things that will HELP our health.

So How Can You Help Yourself Get Healthy Again?

It's actually very hard to get healthy again when you try to do ALL by yourself.

Because you have to fight against your habits and try to will yourself to behave.

AND this is SUPER, SUPER, SUPER, SUPER, SUPER, SUPER, SUPER hard!!! 

If you've been trying to get healthy on your own and you're NOT making much progress now you know why!

At the Healthy U Group we get that it's hard to stick with what you need to do AND do it day after day after day after day. That's why we have mini assignments we're always working on so we don't lose focus!

  • And that's why we have our own Diabetes Prevention Eating Plan so you know what to eat...and what not to eat (95-5 Wellness Solution)
  • AND that's why we have our "Live with Joan"  ZOOM sessions so you can learn more about being healthy AND ask questions and get help.
  • AND that's why we have a PRIVATE Facebook Group so you can let the other members know what you're doing AND get help when you need it.
  • AND that's why we have HUG Points so you get rewarded for making an effort to get healthy!

This all adds up to peace of mind knowing you don't have to try and get healthy all alone...all by yourself...trying to figure out what to do.
