Muffins! Muffins! Muffins! I think it's time to start gobbling up some muffins that won't send your blood sugar soaring!

How? Easy...just make sure your muffins have lots of fiber and control the sweetener.

Researchers have been studying to see if Chia Seed Meal helps people with high blood pressure.

What exactly did they find? Chia Seed Meal works to lower blood pressure in people with high blood pressure problems!

Chia seeds are also full of healthy fats and lots and lots of blood-sugar-lowering fiber! Yippee! Healthy blood pressure and healthy blood sugar sounds great to me.
