Vitamins and Minerals for Prediabetes

Vitamins for Prediabetes: Part 2 of 2 – Vitamins and Minerals for Prediabetes

Doctors know your body is deficient in certain vitamins and minerals if you have Prediabetes or Insulin Resistance. Learn about the vitamins and minerals that can help you prevent diabetes (and why) in this Vitamins and Minerals for Prediabetes post.

We all know that if we eat healthier we get more vitamins and minerals. And research shows that when we are sick with Prediabetes or Insulin Resistance certain vitamins and minerals are deficient.

While eating healthier is a great idea (and I highly recommend it). you can jumpstart your recovery by supplementing with quality vitamins and minerals.

And since Prediabetes can quickly progress to Type 2 Diabetes, getting help from vitamins and minerals for prediabetes is a super smart idea!

I’ve already shared with you the Best Option Combo of Vitamins for Prediabetes in my last post. If you take the combo, you only need four products. (These are NOT my products…they are all formulated by real vitamin companies who depend on independent research to design their products.)

In my last post I also shared with you a supplement called MetaGlycemX™ (by Metagenics)  that has been specifically formulated with a combination of many of the vitamins and minerals for prediabetes that are recognized to:

  • Help restore blood sugar
  • Help restore insulin sensitivity and
  • Help you lose weight

The MetaGlycemX™ (by Metagenics) is a great way to get a whole bunch of vitamins and minerals for Prediabetes in one bottle rather than piecing together a supplement plan with bottles and bottles of stuff.

So these are the vitamins and minerals for Prediabetes!

Don’t Be Duped Into Buying Useless Supplements

You’ll notice I didn’t talk about weird fruits and roots from the jungles of South America. That’s because my recommendations are always based on science, not glitzy talk shows or websites trying to sell you their unproven supplements.

Or even worse, distributors (who call themselves health coaches) trying to sell you smoothie powders, colored drinks and other equally useless supplements. If you ever have to buy a membership in order to get supplements, run away!

Save your money and stick with the science and take vitamins and minerals for Prediabetes (all mentioned above) that actually work and are proven in real independent scientific research.

If you are taking any medication you should always speak to your doctor before taking any non-prescription based supplements.
